All I can say is WOW. A 33 year old Geothermal HVAC, home we purchased Grants Pass 2 years ago, dies. Start of our busy summer full bookings of rental guests. Called 4 companies in area, all 4 say "Sorry can't help you we're busy".  

Contact a company in Medford, they supposedly specialize in Geothermal. They act if I asked to have my eyebrows shaved and home painted by hand. They finally find time a week later to quote and tell me "Oh we may be 4-6 weeks before we can install.

Caveman I recall is just 5 minutes from the house, figured "yeah too easy they won't do Geothermal".  HELLO, John at Caveman comes to the house in 24 hours, gives us a bid nearly $4,000.00 LESS than the Medford Mopes!  SAME SYSTEM, John did not have our prior quote, gave us a great deal based on just being a good businessman and not taking advantage of a busy hot summer season.

Unit was shipped from Indiana, Caveman showed up at 8 AM sharp day after 4th of July, system has been running beautifully ever since.  They cleaned up after selves, removed the 33 year old beast, and took good care of our property not disturbing renters.

You want a quality, fair, AND HONEST HVAC company, call Caveman.

I had a fire at my home when I was away for the weekend. The fire damaged my outside AC unit. Caveman came out immediately to take a look at the damages. It had melted wiring that needed replaced. Ryan, the technician, was very professional and polite. Explained everything he needed to do and got it done in record time!

Highly recommend Caveman Heating. Big thanks to Ron for squeezing in time to give a quote for my dad right before Memorial Day weekend, especially as I was only in town for the weekend. After getting several bids for a installing a new air conditioning unit in my dad's small duplex, I was very impressed with Caveman's very competitive/fair quote for a high-quality (& reputable) Bryant AC unit. (As a side note, my father-in-law owns a family owned & operated HVAC company out of state which has been in business over 100 years. I had him review the quotes I received & gave him my research on each of the companies. He advised me to immediately book with Caveman. So glad I did & I know it was the right choice.)
