Ryan Thompson was one of the technician that did a maintenance check on our heat pump system. Ryan was incredibly knowledgeable about the equipment. He suggested some improvements that should be made but did not pressure me in any way. Everything past his inspection. Ryan was great at communicating and was very upbeat. He seemed to love his work and it showed. I would recommend Caveman Heating and Air. These guys are hands down my FAVORITE crew in the Valley. Top notch guys who think the Project all the way through, with no surprises, and they clean up when they are done like they were never even there. Knowledgeable and courteous, the crew at Caveman really came thru for me when I needed it most. Absolutely textbook-perfect looking work, something I can be proud to show my Client. They just did my new Restaurant in Town, and their system operates beautifully, quietly, and perfectly. Caveman installed a new unit in my home last year. This week the motor quit working during a heat wave. I have a lung disease that affects my breathing. I called Caveman in the morning, they went to Medford and picked up an entirely new unit, took out the part I needed, and had it installed the same day so I would not have to wait for the individual part to be ordered. I could not be happier with the great customer service I received. In this case, I don't think a small business owner would have been able to afford to buy an entire unit to use one part.
